Service Description

Guests will meet the chefs at Piazza Campo de’ Fiori, near the monument dedicated to Giordano Bruno. From there, they will embark on a tour of the local markets, enjoying tastings of regional specialties such as Roman pizza, curated selections of cured meats and cheeses, all paired with fine wine. The experience will then move to the historic Jewish Ghetto, where participants will indulge in traditional desserts that are deeply rooted in the area’s culinary heritage. The tour will conclude at our dedicated venue, where guests, under the guidance of our expert chefs, will craft fresh homemade pasta paired with iconic Roman sauces
